AERIES Parent Portal - Help & Information

Aeries - Student Data System

A Parent account in Aeries allows you to view your student(s) demographic information, emergency information, grades, attendance, and much more. With this account, you can also edit any of the important information about your child throughout the school year. Aeries allows you and your student(s) school site to have the most up to date information.

As a parent, you will have the ability to update information such as demographics, contacts, medical history, authorizations, and school site specific documents in your Aeries Parent Portal.   

New to Aeries

 Setup a new Parent account:   

  1. Visit the following website: 
  2. Select “Create New Account” 
  3. Select “Parent” and click “Next” 
  4. Enter in the required information, and click “Next” 
  5. Check your email (possibly your spam/junk folder) for an email from 
  6. Click on the link that says “Confirm Current Email Address”, or copy the code at the bottom of the email manually 
  7. Visit and login with your new account. 
  8. Enter in the 3 pieces of information provided above.

Existing User of Aeries 

Adding additional student(s) to your Parent Portal Account:  

  1. Visit the following website: 
  2. Log in with your existing Parent account 
  3. Select “Change Student”” in the upper right corner of the page. 
  4. Select “add new student to your account” 
  5. Enter in the 3 pieces of information provided above. 
  6. Click on the word “Home” in the upper left corner.

Your student can set up an Aeries Portal account as follows:

  1. Go to the website:
  2. Click on ‘Create New Account’ and select account type: Student
  3. Enter your issued Student Gmail/LVUSD email account ( ending in ‘’ )
  4. Enter your Student Permanent ID as your password and press Submit
  5. Wait 10 minutes and your account will auto-activate ( do not follow instructions in your email )
  6. Return to website: and login with your email address and Student ID

** If it states you already have an account, go to the website:

  1. Click on ‘Forgot Password?’
  2. Enter your issued Student Account ending in ‘’
  3. Log into with your student account
  4. Follow the instructions in the email from

AERIES Registration MUST be done by a parent before the start of school each year.

STEP 1: Log into your Aeries account now and look for the yellow banner: (
STEP 2: On Aeries: Student Data Confirmation... 
Review and complete the following online forms in Aeries.  All required information must be filled out on AERIES ( Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email from at the email address you have registered in Aeries. For assistance with the electronic process, please visit for tutorials.

  • Student Demographics
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Medical History Information
  • Device Use Agreement
  • Authorization and Prohibitions (Yes/No statements)
  • Documents/Legal papers
  • Yearbook Purchasing Flyer
  • PFC Donation Drive Form

STEP 3: Make sure your contacts are updated so that you can receive all our Parent Square messages. More information can be found here.
