Students who want to attend A.E. Wright Middle School but do not live within the school or district boundaries need to apply for either a School of Choice or Inter-district permit. Please click here to begin the online permit application.

For the 2010-2011 School Year:

• All permit application information will be available on the LVUSD permit Web site February 1, 2010. 
• The Las Virgenes Unified School District will be accepting applications as follows:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
  
  • School of Choice applications will be accepted beginning FEBRUARY 1, 2010. The deadline for School of Choice applications is March 1, 2010.                                                                                                                                                   
  • Inter-district applications will be accepted beginning FEBRUARY 1, 2010.
    

• Applicants should register at their home school until they are notified that their permit has been approved. 
• Inter-district applicants should begin the permit process with their home district as well as familiarizing themselves with LVUSD permit procedures.  Applicants need to be aware that a release from their home district does not guarantee acceptance into the LVUSD.
• New applicants will need to provide a copy of their most recent transcripts when applying.
• Permit applications related to child care or parent employment must be accompanied by the appropriate verification.  A list of what qualifies as acceptable verification will be available on the permit Web site February 1, 2010.
